Stopped by to discuss some repairs on my RV. They do very good work!

No thank you. One star is too much for this place. I would never go to this place for anything. Bob the owner in not someone that you want to work with. Don’t recommend that you use this place for any repairs. If you do contact the insurance adjuster yourself. That way the adjuster will get the truth about what actual damage there was when you brought your RV in. Be sure to take inside and outside pictures of your RV before leaving it. Make the owner sign a paper and give you a copy, saying exactly what the damage is. The owner Bob will use whatever tactic possible to get the insurance to pay. It’s not necessarily the truth though. Take pictures of your RV, inside and out, if you take it there. Show up unannounced soon after dropping it off. Check to see if there’s been any damage done that was not there when you dropped it off. The owner is horrible and not honest and will do anything to make a buck. A few years ago they were going to close. Wish there was an option for no stars. Horrible crooked company. For those of you that left a negative review, be glad you found out how this place is before rather then after.

We called on a camper from across the state and we knew we wanted it right away. We were so worried they would sell it before we could get there. We really did not want to travel over 3 hours to be let down. We were Soooo happy when we arrived to find that even though other families had been interested, they saved it for us. Then they managed to save almost $500 by the time the deal was done. That's admirable in a world were money normally speaks louder than kindness. Thank you Travel Land. Our kids and us will be able to enjoy this for a long time.

Would not recommend taking your RV to this place, any company that charges as much per hour as they do should have their invoices detailed as to what they did and how long it takes, I trusted them and got screwed for hundreds of dollars. They charged me for a repair that was not done and the owner told me he doesn't know anything about motor home AC systems. Pretty sad when the owner can't step in when his employees don't show up. I found a very good and respected company in Clio that fixed my system and actually told me it was just a reset button, very sad Travel Land didn't even try to see what the problem was like the other company did even after the second company admitting they were limited in knowledge of the system. They could have screwed me like Travel Land but told me the truth and charged me accordingly.
