I went to 3400 Bainbridge for blood work yesterday it was awful, customer fighting, short of chairs, overcrowded, poorly managed, not to friendly receptionist they only had 2 for so many people it looks more like a food pantry.

My elderly parents come here for appointments and it makes it hard and more costly when we come with our own car and have to pay for parking. Plus the workers are less cheerful and welcoming. When we go to Montefiore's Waters place location it's way better, we are not forced to pay for parking and employees are so sweet,helpful and welcoming. Total difference you will notice.

I am at the place and am told I have to wait downstairs. This is fine except I sit down and realize the person next to me is not wearing his mask on his face. I ask him to put his mask on. He says "not today". I go to Security and tell them. Security shakes his head and does nothing. His feet don't move. Is this the procedure in a medical building now? Is this how Montifiore protects us? Deeply disappointed and disgusted.

This place kind of sucks. Super slow. People are nice but it seems like they’re usually delayed with appointments. What’s the point of appointments then? Not a big fan.
