We purchases or Montana last year in July from Bowling, which went great. Adam was our sales person. Anyway On our way back to Minnesota from Texas at the end of March where we spent the month we had an appt scheduled for our annual warranty check. In Texas we discovered a couple issues, when I called to discuss with Kim in service she said they would do everything possible to get it done same day, Reason being is we’re living in it on the way home. Well they did get it all done and sent us on our way. Thanks for the great service .

Jeff, Kim, parts and service team are great. Wife and I purchased a RV from private party in Mt Pleasant that had a damaged pin box from previous owner using a gooseneck adapter. Jeff, Kim and team resolved our issue with repairs needed within a couple hours with affordability, so we would have peace of mind and safe trip back to GA. We purchased a used Cougar 36FLS. LOVE IT!! Our experience was extremely professional. During the sales process, Mike was so helpful and very prompt to respond to any of my questions or comments by text and phone. Greg in the finance department did everything to complete his part efficiently and quickly. Theresa did a great job showing us through the camper and getting us familiar with our new unit. Cody and his co-worker installed our hitch. They showed us exactly what we needed to know about using the 5th wheel hitch and made sure the fit was perfect. Michael in Service went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything we needed to have our new camper and truck ready to go. When we were ready to transfer our belongings from our old camper to our new camper, Michael, Cody and his co-worker (who I'm sorry I don't remember a fellow firefighter's name) helped us and said "more hands make for lighter work". Due to some parts being on a delivery truck that broke down and not being delivered, we spent most of Saturday at the dealership. All of them made us feel welcome and did what was needed to get us on the road. They were all VERY cordial and pleasant. My husband and I enjoyed the day. We drove three hours to purchase this unit and would encourage anyone else to do it as well. Thank you to all the Bowling RV associates that worked with us to make it a great experience!!
