Being new to camping and RV's, I had no real idea where to go to get the correct answers and guidance. I visited a few other dealers to get an idea of what I was looking. A friend recommended Country Roads. I made a deal with them over the phone. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. Country Roads arranged a "demo day" for us to go over the unit from start to finish, which helped me understand how to operate the rig. We arranged for them to deliver the camper to our location, which they did so on a Sunday morning. The delivery driver stayed with me to make sure I had everything set up correctly and didn't leave until I was good to go. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. I was very impressed with this operation and it is great to see a dealer out there who understands customer service. I would highly recommend Country Roads to those looking for quality customer service at a fair price. Jeff runs a great dealership and they are great to work with!

We very much enjoyed our experience with Country Roads! They were very responsive in their communication (both by phone and email). They were also very transparent about each step in the process, including the pricing. We had to wait several months on our camper to be delivered by the factory, but that was no fault of Country Roads. They stayed in communication with me to make sure I wasn't forgotten. And, when the day finally came to go pick up our new camper, they provided a very thorough walk-thru of our unit and encouraged us to record it to refer back to it when we had questions. They also introduced us to the service department and made sure we knew how to contact them if/when we needed to. All in all, it was a very good experience with Country Roads! We will be back and support this family-owned business for sure!

Great customer service. Great staff. I was able to walk freely around the lot without being hassled and then when I requested to buy a trailer, they got me financed and they didn’t hide anything, everything was upfront honesty. When I did the walk around I thought for sure they were going to try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff, but they did not. My overall experience so far is more then I could ask for. And hope to continue to do business with them.
