I would not recommend this place to buy anything. Once they have your money, they no longer care at all. We were looking to buy a camper in 2021 and stumbled upon this place when we went to look at Lazydays. We ended up finding one we liked and bought it. Purchasing: The salesman we had (who is no longer with them) was very helpful and the walkthrough they did was very thorough. They sold us on the extended warranty as well as a no brainer and it came with a one-year manufacturer warranty. Minus having to wait and inquire to have someone help us, the buying experience was fine. Towing Service: Since my vehicle wouldn’t tow the camper, we used their recommended logistics guy to do so they highly recommend and does all of their camper deliveries. I called and he quoted me $300 to tow from Murfreesboro, TN to KY Lake based upon the milage (160 miles). Three weeks later he called to confirm the day because he couldn’t remember. The day he was supposed to deliver I took off work and was planning to be there to meet him. After he picked it up and was on his way, he had a family emergency which required him to go back home. He said he would be delayed but he was coming, hours later he said he couldn’t come. He now has my camper somewhere and says he will be up at 8am in the morning to drop it off. He finally arrives at 3pm the next day and says it is $800. Wants to charge me milage for him to drive the camper halfway here, back to his house, and back again. Not to mention he was reckless driving it through the campground and almost backed off a hill. We finally agreed on $600 after he claimed his milage was so much per mile. Unethical to say the least. Camper Issues: A brand-new camper had a partition for the bunk room, which was torn, and they promised that they would have another one delivered and ready for when we had the camper delivered. I have called many times to this day, they know nothing about it and always claim they will call me back. I have already changed out the outdoor sink faucet as it cracked and was leaking everywhere. The black tank waste gate has been broken from the beginning and someone knew it as it had already been cut open and duck taped. I thought we were just using too much toilet paper as to why the tank was always showing full. Once I figured out the issue, I changed out the cable myself as I thought this correct the issue and found the gate itself was cracked where it connects. Candys would fix this issue if I could bring it to them, told me they would call me back for an appointment, never called me back. The extended warranty wouldn’t fix it because it was under the manufacturer's warranty. However, there was a loophole to use roadside assistance to fix it, they scheduled to send it to a local camper dealer in KY and I just had to pay the towing change. The tow trick never came, and when I called back nobody had documentation of any of this. As it has now been a year, I finally had the extended warranty fix the black tank, however, they paid 30% of the actual cost. They are impossible to get in touch with and awful to deal with it is a total waste of money. In a sellers’ market, their priorities are flawed. I hope this will stop you from giving them business they will not appreciate.

See Caleb Meredith! We just wrote a check and pulled off the lot with our new fifth wheel. Caleb is the most honest sales person I have ever met. Cody and Lonnie are easy to work with as well. We will be back.

I will continue to leave bad reviews as they’ve always said they wanted to resolve the problem but never did! Sold me a cover for my RV. Gave me the exact one I said I did NOT want. Didn’t realize it until we opened it up and of corse they were closed for holidays. I left voice mails and emails at that time. Had no choice but to use it as we needed a cover. It literally tore in like one hour. Piece of junk that isn’t even what I wanted or ordered. And never got any resolution. There’s a great RV place near Manchester totally worth the drive there. Family owned and operated

We purchased a new RV from Candys RV in Murfreesboro in July of 2021. I wanted to come back here and make sure this company gets the review they deserve. They earned 5 stars in my book! From the communication with Tim, our salesman, the interactions with Lonnie and Alex in parts and service and closing with Cody. ALL absolutely wonderful interactions. In every purchase of this size there are questions asked, prices quoted and promises made. In every instance these fine folks worked hard to get me answers, be honest and listen to my concerns. Tim REALLY went above and beyond, and THANK YOU AGAIN, Tim! I really think I will shop here again, and that makes it hard because this is the SECOND excellent experience I have had with the "Family RV" group. I highly recommend this group. Bottom line, I had a wonderful experience with this company! Give them a try. A Huge THANK YOU to the entire crew that made our purchase so pleasant.
