I really like shopping at Target. 🎯 We were passing through and stopped at this one. It was clean and bright and everything was well organized and in place. When I got to checkout there was a large line, but Angela checked me out with a small remote card reader. She scanned all my items and I was on my way out the door in no time at all. Great experience. I only had about 10 small items.

I hate to give this a two star because I love this store. My customer service experience today was super good and super bad. It started so well with a young man in the hot wheels aisle helping us and being so sweet and our cashier who was amazingly kind and helpful. Where it got bad was when I needed help from the actual “customer service department “. I needed assistance with a red card issue. They said the couldn’t help me and to go to target.com red card or something like that. So I went on my phone and pulled it up, I asked her if she could show me and she said “use your account “ I did not know I had one nonetheless know my ID and password. The girl smartly said back “ you don’t know your password?” This is when it gets ugly! The other young lady starts laughing. I turned to her and asked, do you think this is funny? She preceded to laugh again. I will tell you, that those two young ladies should NOT be at the customer service desk, they should be cleaning and arranging the shelves and have little to NO interaction with a customer. Put someone there who WANTS to help. It is not too late to show young people how to respect and respond. Do your job Target!

Target is great. It's nice and clean and they have decent prices. Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've never gotten an annoying buggy with bad wheels.

The manager here is the poorest excuse for a person that has authority over people. A good leader lifts people up and help them succeed instead of kick them when they need help. It just shows the lack of education, training and skill. Management here is a failure.
