Apply on website: no response. Call office: no response. Leave voicemail: no response. Call head office: no response. Leave voicemail: no response. If they treat prospective tenants this poorly, I can't imagine how badly they'd treat you once your legally required to pay them over $1,400+ a month.

While the units themselves aren't bad, the management of this place could use a lot of work. Some units have a washer/dryer unit installed, while ours does not, yet we pay the same price (which, by the way, is not cheap). Communication with the office has been difficult and disorganized, and on occasion we have been given false information, particularly regarding applying to live in other areas within Brunswick Landing Venture. One person will tell us that putting in a transfer request is easily doable online, when in reality the option does not exist from what we can tell. When my wife and I visited the office to figure out how to progress, their front desk walked away from us. I don't think we were being unreasonable, all we want is a little professionalism and to be given information that is correct. There are a few more complaints, but these are what we've found most frustrating. You're paying a pretty high price for an okay apartment (that may not have a washer/dryer), unreliable wi-fi, mediocre parking, and so far, unprofessional management. The maintenance crews have been reliable in our experience, though.

The parking is terrible to begin with but also the rent is pricey to say the least. Large families have moved in with unsupervised kids running around leaving there toys all over the common area and they antagonize my dog when ever I have him out. Would rather pay the same amount to pay for a house. Would not be a bad community or place to live if it was $300 cheaper

I started renting January 2018-January 2019 and the rent was $850. I didn’t even have working internet for TWO MONTHS. Hearing from former neighbors that their rent has skyrocketed too $1175 (one person said $1375) makes me sick. $850 with everything included was stretching it; no way I’d pay more than $900. This is everything wrong in the real estate market and these folks running it should she ashamed of themselves.
