One of the best delis I tried in Maine and I’m from NY. Great size sandwiches packed on a delicious hero. Can’t go wrong with the Sonny’s Supreme. Bonus, they offered large size vegetarian menu for the vegetarian on our trip.

I've been going here since they opened back in the 90s. For my tastes they're the most consistently good sandwich shop in town. I've been ordering the same thing for decades, a ringmaster (pastrami, sauteed mushrooms and onions, swiss, on garlic bread) with spicy mustard, and it is consistently excellent.

So delicious. I love getting the Zazel breakfast sandwich, the Big Top and customizing my own: 7" sub, roast turkey, cheddar, mayo, pickles, tomato & pepperoncinis. It is really amazing! The staff is always great, especially the really cool owner. A staple in downtown Brunswick.
