Wonderful new facility. The foster program is a real highlight. Let's focus on staff retention.

I enjoyed the open house of their new facility. A very much needed one for the community. I hope people will be willing to volunteer and or donate food and or money.

Adopted "Petey" a couple weeks ago after my little boy passed. Wanted a senior cat and found this guy. He's all settled in now and happy!

From rescue to best friend to business partners. Thank you Midcoast Humane. You helped save & change my life. I rescued my dog from here 3 years ago. Words cannot even explain how much it changed my life... but i'll let you know one way it changed my life on this review here.. A1K9 LLC was created around our sweet Milly. Look closely at our logo, that is Milly herself!

I would call them for sure... i know at my age i would have received a huge discount, but got my cat for free, because he is FIV..... he is so cool..he lets me know when someone is around..... i almost bet they will help you out. They want loving people for thier pets. I was very impressed COMPARED to other places they treated the animals like thier own. I have called often to let them know what a wonderful pet i have. They are great at matching you. If you came to my home you would think i raisee him birth. Also i have a head injury...and he knows and will check on me and even wske me. Darlene matched us so you may want to speak with her needs. They are great!
Yes, all types of donations.
Are you looking for someone to adopt your dog or are you looking to bring it to the shelter
The animals change constantly. Check their website, or stop in frequently to find out who's up for adoption.
Try Avian Haven.
Give the shelter a call and ask them. They're very understanding and will walk you through the whole process without judgement.
They are not allowing people inside. You can see animals online. Submit an application the call them to talk about animals. They match you with one that sounds like a good fit. They give you 30 days to try out the animal. If it does not work, you can bring it back for a full refund. They did an amazing job matching us with the perfect cat. She's sooooo great.
That is definitely confusing does she want a big dog or a small dog
Yes... I had mine put down in February... But not at the humane society.
Honestly, your best bet is to call them directly and ask. They don't see these.
They do let you foster. I've fostered here for almost 5 years. Just call them or go there and they will step you through the process.
Animals at this shelter have already been spayed and neutered; the cost is included in the adoption fee.
Your best bet is to call the shelter. They will be able to help you out an give you the right information
The adoption fees vary. My pet cost me 250 dollars plus a 10 dollar administration fee.
Everyone available to adopt is on the website... Meet and greets are all at the Range Rd location.
Hello Brandon, you can report your cat at 882-9677, with our Edgecomb facility team!
No sacrifice shelter in whatever language.
