Sales people in the woman’s evening dress department were extremely unhelpful and preferred to carry on conversations with each other instead of offering help or answering questions. I was very disappointed, felt like I was at Ross or another discount store. Macy’s has really gone downhill.

Ladies Bra Department employee Karen T. !!! I haven’t had that kind of customer service and help in over 40 years at a department store! She was so helpful and made an otherwise difficult task of finding and fitting a bra, much much easier. I swear this woman is keeping this store afloat! Thank you so very much for being EXCELLENT at what you do!

You ll find nice things for any occasion and some good sales if you happened to go on a day when they have good deals:) ive shopped at Macys for years and any location is no dissapointment. The cashiers are respectful also and very helpful. I am always greatful for that. I miss the macys in paseo nuevo many child hood memories and beautiful store it was.

Hello you can go in to the store it's reopened and go to At Your Service or call customer service at 1800 BUY MACY then can assist you more
They usually have many varieties of mattress pads available in sizes twin, full, queen (or full/queen), and king. They are currently renovating, so you may need to find some one to assist you. Located on the 1st floor, just turn left at the bottom of the escalator. You are also able to park in the lower level parking lot on the corner of State St. and Hope St. The entrance from there will be in the bedding department.

Yes, located on the 3rd floor where the executive office's are. If you go to the left when exiting the escalator or elevator the offices are to the right of the Lucky Brand clothing display
