The Thursday evening floor staff was great! I was assisted with care, and had fun shopping solo. Store looked great, felt safe and spaces out shopping. All of my gifts were well giftwrapped and I was excited about the deals I found in the sale section.

The store is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The quality of the clothing is awful. Every time I find a piece that I like, there is something wrong with it. For the price, I would expect a little more quality control. I used to buy a lot at the store, now I always walk away disappointed.

Shopping in the store is good, they are always friendly and helpful. Ordering online is ok but never overnight delivery. I needed something in another size quickly so I paid for overnight shipping. It took 4 days and I I received it after the event. This is the second time this has happened. I feel that I should be refunded for the extra money but when I asked I was told that because of unforseen circumstances, such as bad weather, the shipping could be delayed. Anthropology needs to stop offering overnight shipping, they always have excuses why it doesn't work.
