Most employees friendly, one that’s snooty. Very confusing in which brands they will/will not buy off you. I had them buy 2 forever 21 shirts and 3 shein shirts from me, but discard Victoria secret athletic shorts, pacsun mom jeans and American Eagle items, while telling me they don’t “buy brands like shein and h&m because it’s cheap, more of brands like Levi”. They also kept my pile of discarded clothes to “donate” for me, but considering they bought my cheap clothes I wouldn’t be surprised if they price tagged some of the discarded items later on. They told me one of the styles they look for when buying currently is “what the local college students would buy”, yet she discarded 90% of my stuff to the “donate” pile. Keep in mind, Im a third year local college student, a lot of my pile is new with tags and I would still wear/buy to this day if they had fitted me. Confusing experience, will not be returning. Shout out to the employee in the brown hoodie with blue nails she was really nice and not confusing.

Rude and incompetent staff- not the business to be making assumptions or placing judgements. Not everyone is a thief and it’s not very nice to make someone feel that way, especially when they’re going through a difficult time. So if you’re in the mood to be humiliated in front of a group of people and made to look like a criminal, then pop in!

Great second hand store! Designer labels at a great deal. They only take articles that are in good or better condition so there is a lot less sorting than your traditional thrift store. They are mostly a thrift store with some consignment articles. I found great clothes!
