I got a flat tire today, had a nail :( the guys at this spot were very friendly and got me in and out of there pretty quickly. I let them know I had a class at 5:30pm. And they called me by 4pm!!! Thanks guys :)

I had a punctured tire in my Tesla model, I showed up here they not only fixed it, they did it fast and they did it for free. I walked in and in 1 and hlf hr they fixed the punctured tire and aligned my wheels. Incredible service, knowledgeable and professional

Do not go on their website and pick out your tires and make the appointment and expect these guys to honor any of it. They kind of give you a blank look and then say, oh yeah we aren't affiliated with that website anymore. We're actually Big Brand. Even though all their signs on the building say American Tire Depot. Then they try to sell you some more expensive tires. Really disappointing because this used to be a place to get a decent price on 4 tires. Not anymore. I'll never be coming back here.

Really poor and slow service. Made an appointment to replace two tires. They took nearly 1hour 50 minutes to get it done. Tried to tell me it takes 30 minutes per tire and countless other ridiculous excuses. After an hour and half, all they managed to get done was put the car on the lift and remove the two wheels. The excuses were endless including that they were doing it slowly since they didn't want to damage my car. Impressive. Once they started the work it took 15 minutes. No apology just silly excuses. Even after the guy doing the work said that it took him 15 minutes once he started the supervisors still argued that it takes 30 minutes per tire.They took nearly an hour per tire. Then badly done. Didn't even remember to put one of the valve caps back on. Tire pressures in both were wrong, more excuses... There must be better places than this. Avoid. Glad to see your standard pasted response. I rang four days ago and left a message. Rang again yesterday twice and left another message. Still no response. By the way unclear why you need my contact details, they were provided when I made the appointment or maybe you have so many complaints you can't figure out who it is. Anyway, check your messages? I look forward to hearing from you. Eventually, maybe... Weeks later and they never got back to me so customer service and complaints are totally ignored.
