I was there today. Online rep gave me a 12 o’clock appointment. Due to a couple of walkins taking longer than anticipated I had to wait about a whole five minutes to be seen after my 12 appointment. I think that was largely because a couple people were at lunch. The rep that helped me appeared to have just walked back in from break. There was a manager on the floor Confirming that everybody was on the schedule, either a walk in that needed to be added to the list for an appointment, so that they could be seen as soon as possible. The tablets that they used told him which of us was next.
At this store it's better if you make an appointment. Follow either step that Led Warren told you Roger Hasterok and if you want excellent customer service ask for Rafael, tell him that I sent you to him. Good luck
