Been with this company for 15 years. When you only pay $60.00 a month for 2 phones....you kind of suffer threw the lack of customer service the company provides & the phoned they offer that only last a year. As Any one knows the average visit is atleast a half hour. Today's visit no different...except it's 85 degrees in the store.. ridiculous

Zero customer service. Rude person inside store. Working with one customer for over 30 minutes while I waited and other customer came in waited and left. I only stayed because I was helping my mom in a wheelchair. She is a reminder of why I personally have nothing to do with Tmobile. She needs to go or get some customer service training.

Beautiful Things God has made

Jordan took care of the issue I had as well as set up our phones in a very short time. He's fast , kind, he pays attention to the customer and does it with a smile 😃 Will be back again for more phone accessories and cases and probably another phone when the time comes .
