Went on September 1st to get a covid test. It’s been a week now and i called the lab to see what was going on and why i haven’t been given results. Turns out rite aid never marked me as showing for my test when i most definitely did. During a pandemic, when people need to know as soon as they can so they can go back to work, it’s kind of important to make sure you do things correctly so people can get the results back ASAP. Lab is fixing the mistake and now running my sample for results a week later.
