I ordered their wings awhile ago and they were easily the best wings I had had in quite some time. However, the last three times they have been horrible. We order them as an office so usually we ask for 3-4 orders individually boxed. We all like the same thing so it is pretty simple. Well done wings with Franks and blue cheese on the side. One time they were missing the sauce entirely. the last two the wings came tossed in the sauce and were soggy. To avoid any issues I called in the order this time instead of ordering through the website and even picked them up instead of delivery so they would be crispy and hot. Again, they were sauced and mushy. Shame on me for not checking them before I left I guess? We no longer have interest in ordering wings from Pisanellos anymore.

Delicious pizza and cheese bread. First time in My. Pleasant, and decided to try local that night, as opposed to all the chain places near my hotel. Very glad I did. Cool place, very nice people.

Always great food, the people are always nice and the pizza is always made right. They also have a great lunch buffet during the week, not sure if they run it on the weekend. If I could I would give them a 10/10 rating instead. Cannot stress enough how good this pizza place is, it is my favorite pizza place to go to.

Customer service was mediocre. Food was great. Awesome family pizza food. If trying to decide while driving through town, give it a shot.
