Been there twice in the past week - early because I have to get to work. They were not open at 5:30am as posted online and in the app - no hours change posted on the store.

The hours of this Starbuck store is so unpredictable and unreliable. I understood the issue during COVID shut down but that’s over now and the hours have not improved. This is a college town, one would think you could get employees and provide the same hours as other Starbucks locations.

I’ve been to Starbucks stores all over the nation, and of course I live closest to the worst one. Their hours are ridiculous. NEVER consistent. If I want to order after noon, I have to call ahead of time just to make sure they’re open and 70% of the time they are not. On top of it, some of the staff are sweet, but most seem inconvenienced at best. 10/10 times I rather go out of my way to the Target store.

Not one person said “Hi “or “welcome in “ ! 7 employees let me stand at the register without acknowledging me , not even to tell me it would be a few minutes ! Waited about 5 minutes to be helped . The cashier was not friendly at all , did …
