Terrible customer service. Paid $100 for broken cell phone screen to be repaired. Paid an extra $10 for what the salesperson described as "an extra layer of protection." Dropped the phone a week later about 2 feet on to carpet and the screen broke. Called regarding their "warranty" an they said that they would repair it for another $50! No chance I will ever use them again!
