I was there today. Online rep gave me a 12 o’clock appointment. Due to a couple of walkins taking longer than anticipated I had to wait about a whole five minutes to be seen after my 12 appointment. I think that was largely because a couple people were at lunch. The rep that helped me appeared to have just walked back in from break. There was a manager on the floor Confirming that everybody was on the schedule, either a walk in that needed to be added to the list for an appointment, so that they could be seen as soon as possible. The tablets that they used told him which of us was next.
They help appointments first, and walk in people on first come first served after appointments. Either way, expect to wait if they are busy.
No appointment is necessary
I'd think twice about going to AT&T in the first place.
And if you have an appointment you still wait!
You can, but they help walk-ins also.
