This is a horrible place to live. The management was horrible and the amount of car break ins is ridiculous. Also the security of the building is not good. Anyone can walk in. There was also an incident of a homeless person breaking into the building and stealing snacks out of the snack room which is why they had to put a door with key dog access only. Those are only a few of the reasons I moved out

My family lives there. Street parking is out of control under the new management. Careful navigation is required to get around the cars that block the front and causes a single lane entry. They need to fix it.

I called with interest to lease an apartment home. I started the process. I have a few questions and the office staff is not available by phone or in person. Its a beautiful property but not being to speak to a live person isn't okay. I visit the property and someone whom could careless that I had schedule an online appointment. I was under the impression I want to see and meet a live person. But I was directed to go and do a self - Guided Tour. Very unprofessional all together it's day 5 and still no response. And just to think a paid an $$$ application fee for this kind of service. SMH

It's impossible to get assistance from management. We have been trying to renew our lease since May. It's now August and our lease automatically moved to month-to-month at an increase of almost four hundred dollars. We also had a fire in April last year which damaged our oven and microwave. We have been trying to get a replacement for over a year. We feel so frustrated. Please can someone actually help us.
