Worst Place to bring family and work.... Every facility has bad seeds but when the care violates patients rights, goes against HIPPA laws and hinders aides or nurses from thoroughly doing their jobs without knowing what it takes, This would not be a facility I would recommend to work or allow my family to reside in... Office staff has no clue what happens after 5pm and that is a very scary, unsafe and a sad place for anyone to have take rest at.

DO NOT put a loved one here. I regret it every day. They made a preventable situation worse, and my dad ended up leaving there to go home for six hours and was rushed to the hospital and was septic. He ended up passing away of septic shock. If they would have recognized how sick he was, my dad would be alive today. Please look elsewhere for care for your loved one.

I spoke with Brandy the Business Office Manager who was extremely rude as I was trying to explain a situation regarding one of the residences there. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. My nanny is there. She can speak up thankfully but i feel sorry for the people who cant. They dont feed them and they play with there phones too much. The lady in the room across from my nanny cant feed herself and can barely talk and they didnt feed her dinner to her today and said they were coming back with a sandwhich. I was there 4 hours and this nurse never came back to feed her. I bring my nanny food because the food is terrible
Call the facility. They have a Human Resources.
They have an in house PA and an MD that comes in
