Many bad and illegal things go on at this place. Where should we begin, money is always a good starting point. This place is facing multiple accounts of elder abuse, neglect, fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices. That's just the tip of the iceberg my friends. Regional Ombudsman are more useless then the staff here. Take my advice and take matters into your own hands, it's the only way to get anything done. My aunt died here, supposably fell.

Only send your family member here if you don't care about them. It is better to fight the insurance company for a better place. Where to begin. 1: they can't even serve warm food. The other food was stale. 2: the halls smell like fecal matter and urine. 3: rooms are ran down. 4: when my family member was in there she had to go to the ER and instead of calling someone Viviant decided to delete EVERYONE'S PHONE NUMBER. 5: unfortunately due to this experience (and many other factors outside the control of Viviant) she lost the will to live and died. Rest assured Viviant I will not forget this. I suggest you close down.

This is a horrible place to send your loved ones. The food is horrible and they haven’t had hot water in several weeks. I’ve tried calling up to the administrator several times today to a full mailbox. I have several pictures of the food. Nobody cleans the rooms but maybe once a week but they only have one cleaning lady also. Have asked for corporate’s number several times with no luck. I really wish I could post pictures on this review but DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!!
