Horrible service experience. I wouldn't take my dog to this place. My grandma needed her blood pressure read & no one would assist her. She needed to go to the restroom and when the nurse came in they told her she is wearing a diaper to go in the diaper. Horrible. Don't take your loved one to this facility.

I was a patient in in this facility for exactly one week I had to get the hell out when I enter the facility I was treated so horribly I was thrown in a back room and forgot about I arrived on a Friday did not receive a meal until Sunday had to order Uber Eats did not have a television until Monday please do not send your loved ones to this facility I requested every day to see administrator and I was always told the administrator was in a meeting I was very ill but I choose to go home because if I would have stayed in that place I would be dead right now I know that they are going to read my comment and say thank you for bringing this to our attention but nothing will be done I promise you get out the business

This place needs to be shut down. Don't bring your loved ones here to be cared for because I can tell you that they will not be looked after in the slightest. The CNA's don't care and manhandle residents. If there is an accident with a resident and 911 needs to be called- it wont get done. No one will answer any incoming calls at the front desk. The receptionist will put you on hold while she jokes around with other staff. The staff in general are extremely incompetent and I truly pray for those that come here seeking care and rehab. This place is the embodiment of everything wrong with the world.

This place is so bad that even people experiencing homelessness don’t even want to be here.

How are general pharmaceutical needs addressed? Is there an in-house pharmacy or access to a pharmacist?

Memorial City Health and Rehabilitation Center | Oct 31, 2021
Memorial City Health and Rehabilitation Center | Feb 3, 2022

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
