This facility should not be able to operate. The patients are neglected and the facility is under staffed. From our experience, our loved one came home immobile and starving. It took several weeks for us to get them moving again and talking to us. I wouldn’t recommend sending any one to this place, especially during this time when you can’t see them or monitor their care.

Although they are understaffed, the staff was wonderful and sweet with my step mom!! (Staff does the best they can considering they are short staffed and the permanent residents I talked with were happy being there too so not sure why so many negative reviewers) She was there for about a month recovering from a broken hip. She made friends with the residents and staff plus enjoyed her stay so much that she became a volunteer there!! She LOVES being there to help her friends and the staff. Oh and physical therapy she received was great!!!😁..

Their the best place in Franklin. They could do better but does have resources to help your loved one. Do not go to Grandview Manor Care Center.

My Father-in-Law had been abandoned at a facility in TN and I wanted to have him moved to Franklin, NC to be closer to family. The Team at Macon Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation helped me make that happen quickly. Since he has been here, they have worked with him in Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy and the transformation has been incredible! The nurses and staff are friendly, the communication is wonderful and the facility is clean. He is doing so much better! Thank you to all the facility and staff for improving the quality of our loved one's life!
