Management is not consistent with the other sister parks rules and rights are different btw the management I was speaking of is the sun community management not the park management she seems to try and do what she can to accommodate them

Dogs are welcome. Rent is running about 580 but probably going up a little in January. That is for the lot.

There isn't any empty lots. The homes there are nice, the neighborhood is well kept. It is a nice place to live and very nice people. The club house has many things going on, Tuesday night is bingo night for instance, the pool is well kept. I would recommend OTV to anyone who wants to live a happy comfortable retirement.
