My room was really nice I had a jacuzzi tub and the room was clean. I didn't go to breakfast so I don't know what that was like. The area that the hotel is located in is pretty nice and it's not too far away from shopping and restaurants. The only thing I did not like was how weak the water pressure was and how long it took for the water to turn hot. Also they only had air condition in the rooms and not anywhere else in the building and that included the elevator so it was hot. Otherwise it wasn't a bad Hotel...

Hotel is older. It meets the basics of a bed, toilet, and a shower. Don’t come here expecting luxury. The positives: price, location, quick check-in, comfortable bed, adequate towels and pillows for our 2 night stay, microwave & fridge in room. The negatives: broken ice machine on 3rd floor, pool closed, cleanliness of hallways, windows, and rooms. We found 2 small beetles/bugs in our bathroom. Parking lot is not well lit & our room key stopped working. Overall, it met our needs, but could use a little upkeep. Not somewhere I will be staying again in the future.

The staff are excellent! Everyone we talked to was kind, accommodating, and polite. The location was what we needed, as it was a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens. We found a great restaurant near by. The hotel itself was just okay. The ice machine on our floor was not working, the TV remote only worked from a specific angle, and the hotel and rooms had cracks in the paint. The free breakfast is given in paper bag (apple, water, and some prepackaged pastries). It was comfortable and clean enough , though.

Staff was nice, No remote for TV in room & refrigerator broken. Muffins provided for breakfast were coated in blue-gray mold. Comfortable bed & pillows. Since they do have smoking rooms, you will notice a pronounced smell of smoke in the hall.
