My brother and I came here from Charlotte to select one of the handmade guitars they carry. Eric immediately came over and helped us choose the perfect one for my husband. He was extremely helpful the whole time. He helped us find a case, which fit like a glove, and even polished the guitar before we left. He was awesome!! I'll definitely be bringing my husband back soon. He was over the moon when we gave him the guitar that night. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Charlotte area.

Knowledgeable, passionate staff coupled with amazing selection makes it the best shop I've been to. Already looking forward to the next time I'm there. Dante and Eric have been huge helps in selecting guitars past.

Went in today to make a trade on an acoustic guitar I had spotted online and was greeted by unbelievably knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Spent some time with Roger checking out their facility, and it is definitely a place you will want to visit. They have everything from entry level to professionally owned instruments, and they also have a very impressive studio upstairs for recording. I now have a new favorite shop for my music needs! Check them out!

It was my first time in the store and was greeted and assisted by (little) Kevin who immediately made me feel like I had been a customer for years. A truly astonishing collection and a great group to work with. They stand by what they tell you and with no attempt to "upsell" you on more expensive equipment - you'll absolutely feel at home. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and was going to just look around but due to the friendly attitude of the staff I immediately made my decision to purchase from them. To make things even better - upon checking the price - they had by far the best price I had found. (Little) Kevin even did a quick lookover of the guitar to make sure everything looked good on it. If you're buying a $10,000 dollar piece or a $200 piece, these guys treat you the same. Truly an astonishing shop.

They repaired mine. Sounds much better.
I don't know what they charge but if you buy a guitar from them they will do setups for $25 each for as long as you own the guitar. If you live nearby do yourself a favor and stop in. It is an amazing store with very cool employees.
