I purchased a wedding band for my husband in August 2021. Yesterday, August 31, 2022 a piece of the ring severed itself from the rest of the ring while my husband was wearing it. Zales refused to even look at the ring because I did not purchase the warranty. A ring should not just fall apart under normal wear. Poor quality jewelry is what was sold to me. I will not be purchasing anymore jewelry from Zales.

My wife and I celebrating 22 years of marriage she wanted me to upgrade the ring that she have. I spent two hours looking for a ring at my local mall I went into 3 different jewelry stores no luck.
