My 2-night stay was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and the amenities are excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and particularly helpful, especially Ms. Darnette Pierce, who did the research to correct a problem with my 3rd party booking. She made the necessary corrections and got us in with only a very slight delay. Breakfast was really good and well organized, and there was no waiting for the buffet food or tables. My only criticism is the height of the toilets in the room. WAY LOW, which is problematic for those with back or knee issues. Otherwise, the stay was excellent, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who asks for my opinion.

Very nice location and the staff was extremely accommodating. First day of my arrival I didn't have a chair for the desk in my room. Chardonnay at the front desk immediately had one brought to my room. Breakfast was good and hot. Nice selection too. Chardonnay really made the stay worth while. When I'm back in the area this will definitely be my hotel of choice. Keep up the good work team and thank you for all that you do.

There's not much to complain about honestly. It's an all suite hotel with plenty of space in the rooms. The furnishings are in great shape and are modern in style Everything was clean, the staff is friendly and responsive. Check-in could have been better but I'm sure it was just an off night because they got slammed all at once but didn't miss a beat with resolving issues so for that I commend them. Precious at the front desk is on it, she's an excellent representative. The other ladies and housekeeping are too. The one thing I'd change if I had my say is to have a sliding door or something that closes off the sink/dressing area outside of the bathroom. I'd stay again with no hesitation.

Staff was very friendly and inviting. BUT the stay sucked! I was there for my fathers funeral (2/2/22-2/4/22) and when we first walked in our room there were no remotes, the phones wasn't plugged in and there were stains on the table (the staff quickly handled it). The next morning the tub is leaking water, THERE WAS A HARD BROWN STAIN ON MY TOWEL, and hair in the shower and on the desk between beds. I asked to speak with a manager several times and one was NEVER available. Coffee and tea were left cold and unattended after breakfast downstairs. I called customer service to ask for my room to be comp'd only to later find out they lied and said that everything was resolved by the staff. I should've been compensated for almost letting a clearly dirty and used towel touch my skin. There should have always been a manager on site. The rooms are decent and the staff is very professional and friendly, but they do not handle customers wanting to speak with a a manager very well. If I ever come back, I won't be staying here.
