This was by far the worst hotel experience. No TV service the entire weekend. All they could say is Knox ( cable service) is coming today. Toilet over flowed the first π. Let me put the icing on the cake for y'all; Roaches! We saw one the first night but mistaken it for a bug. The second night a pregnant one came out and a baby. The morning of another baby roach was crawling in the bathroom. I don't have roaches in my own home why on earth would I want them on vacation. My entire family was not pleased. We will not stay here again.

The only redeeming factor for this hotel was the front staff being very sweet other than that this hotel should be MAJORLY renovated and DEEP cleaned. The rooms were very dirty and little things like the air filters in the AC units looked like they havenβt been cleaned in months. The carpets were stained to hell and even some red stains near the door that looked like blood. The Air exhaust in the bathroom looked like it hasnβt been cleaned in years and the TV is staticky. The price for the hotel is way too high to recommend to anyone in the hotels current conditions stay at a best western or super 8 down the road probably will be cheaper and a similar if not better experience.

I donβt understand these negative reviews. We almost cancelled our reservation because it practically scared us off, but we decided to keep it and so glad we did. This place is fine! Place is clean, staff is nice, and itβs a 5 minute car ride to Busch Gardens. Elevators are fast, doors are secure, our room smells pleasant AND WE BROUGHT OUR 60 LB LAB! No, its not the Ritz and they need some upgrades, but itβs not enough to bash this place. If you are looking for a nice stay closer to BG, just do it. You canβt beat the price.

I used to travel a lot, so when I do, I have expectations when it comes to name brand places. I did not pick this hotel since it imposed on us by my daughter soccer tournament. This place is falling apart. The lobby has be renovated and look fancy on the pictures, but don't be fooled, as soon as you step outside of the lobby, reality settles. Everything else is dated. On our first morning, they had an issue with the boiler and there was no hot water in the hotel. Breakfast was a poor selection of dry baked good, eggs and sausage. No waffles or pancakes as most other free breakfast at Hilton and Marriott will offer. The wifi just doesn't work, I had to use my phone. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear everything that is going on in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. The bathroom are old and dated like everything else. I saw rat traps in the lobby as well... Even the towels feel like sandpaper. Staff is super nice but that the only positive I have to say. At $140 per night in Williamsburg in March, you would expect more, WAY more. So avoid that place, I bet the local motel was nicer.
