I drop off a package to be sent thur FedEx the lady scanned the label and pick it on the box for me & gave me a receipt and she said have a good day and I said thank you and you do the same being nice goes a long way ill use them again when needed.

The service here is more than above average. I visited to have a document notarized. There was so much more to the experience, for I was pleasantly greeted upon walking in and had a seat very shortly. Mary helped me and took her time to explain services that were optional that by the way ended up being exactly what I needed to be more professional in the presenting of my legal request for my family member that had past away. The level of care and actual compassion was really beyond what I can put into words. Thank you for listening and knowing therefore what I needed done. I am now going to return for my postal needs from now on. And I like all the nice products in the store. Very practical and it had to take more than a bit of thought to be so many things I'm coming back to buy. Great experience!

I came here to get my document notarized last week and today I get an email specifying that the person that notarized the paperwork forgot to stamped the county. I paid $15 for this service that didn't get done correctly, oh and not to add-this person had no idea what they were doing. I mean, you're the one that went to school for this, not me! You were (at least I think you were) trained to look at documents, sign and stamp where specified yet this person is asking me what do you need me to do? Umm, I need this notarized-which I've said plenty of times! Its a waste of money, unprofessional, does not go above and beyond! Bad BAD customer service! I will never EVER in my life come here again for future businesses. Its a shame that this person is a certified notary agent when they can't even perform a simple job. Plus I will drive further for better service and work with someone that actually knows what they're doing!!!!!

I have the email around here I tried looking for it ,but I did not find it,my sincerest apologies, but call the store ask em for their email "cus u wanna send things" and they will gladly give u their info,I believe it's a dollar plus tax per print (paper)
