I have been holding off on reviewing since I was super annoyed for a good while I just wanted to block off that it even happened. I came to do a challenge in November. The guy at the front desk (won't name him he was sweet) was super nice, brought me in, gave me a quote, gave me pricing, called up one of the three owners and put him on speaker and he was able to get me a discount. I come to pay the next day and the gym manager refused to give me the pricing the previous staff member and the owner had given me. I left and came back hoping to get the previous guy I had talked to, since he was always hoping around the (Perris, Redlands and Moreno Valley Location) it was hard to find a time in which he was in. So I gave them my money and should have known that was Red Flag #1. They asked me to come in super early (4:30am) to meet with their nutritionist that would give me a customized meal plan according to what my needs are. The girl handed me a black paper and told me to talk to the trainer if I had any questions. Red Flag #2. Their "Specially made" Supplements and Protein was $30 over the pricing listed online, guess it was not soo "specially made" after all. The staff was super disorganized, I guess everyone had quit on the owners, probably since they were money hungry jerks, and the new staff was just super disoriented. Red Flag #3 Then the tip of the ice berg, I caught COVID, per all the darn restrictions I stayed home for 2 weeks, I called the front desk (the nice guy) told me to email HR. I did, one of the brothers contacted me and told me that since I was 2.5 weeks in I was not able to continue or restart. Do they not know how to adapt to COVID like literally every other business did? or?? So I told him, to just let me workout for the remaining 2.5 weeks without the title of " the challenge". He said no, told me I would have to pay a membership. Sir I just paid over $600 there is no way.. I just wanted to workout, he then proceeded to copy and paste generic messages with we will reduce the gym membership by xxx amount of money "just for you", "what do you say, are you in?" It was super cringe, especially since I said " no, I just want to work out" and he copied and pasted the message again. The biggest waste of $500, two years ago I would of cried myself to sleep for weeks knowing I lost out on such a huge amount of money. These guys are money hungry leeches that truly do not care about Customer Satisfaction. They make a boatload of money preying on people who want to lose weight, their staff is genuine, but they on the other hand are questionable. Also if you see all the good reviews, its part of the contract, you have to leave stupid yelp, Facebook and google reviews as a part of your challenge. I'm sure people have had bad experiences but are not allowed to post. Anywho, thanks for taking my money ya'll, super annoying experience.

Absolutely love this place, the atmosphere, enery, positivity, and the encouragement is amazing. Great place to workout and feel awesome.

Just starting a new challenge along with my mom. Staff/team seem disorganized. I had to reach out to schedule my nutrition appointment. When we first signed up the owner stated that they are very involved and explain every aspect of the program. Well we just left the nutrition appointment and where basically given a sheet with a quick overview on how it works and that’s about it, they didn’t explain how much water we should be drinking or anything else. So it’s a bit concerning since the cost is also a bit expensive. Currently not feeling prepared for the upcoming challenge and feels like I’m gonna have to figure it out on my own as I go. I will be updating reviews as my journey in this new challenge goes but as of now my mom and I are not to happy with purchase and service so far.

Hello Eren, The pricing really all depends on what your needs are. Because we offer so many different programs, it would be doing you a disservice to quote a price.It's usually very specific to what programs we feel are going to make the most sense and give you the best results and with that, pricing varies.
Their is a monthly membership fee I pay 97.00 theirs many options too choose from
