The staff here are exceptionally nice and friendly. Miss Celine made the best omelets. They had a great selection of food to choose from. Mike and Patrick were so helpful getting me linen when we returned in the evening. You can't teach the kind of friendliness the staff has. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were extra comfortable but a little small. Queen size would have been better. Location was perfect for Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Rocco's Smokehouse Grill is right around the corner and has excellent BBQ. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The front desk was incredibly accommodating, and the breakfast was so good! The cooks make a great omelet for you, and the choices of breakfast foods is great! The suite is really nice and spacious and has all you need for a family to stay comfortably! You will need to let them know ahead of time if you want the room to be cleaned/changed if you're staying for a few days or a week, as we did. The pool had lots of people utilizing it, and lots of fun too! They have a small snack station with some late nigh snacks that your kids can purchase, and the evening session at the bar/lounge area is really neat. Two drinks (alcoholic or non) are good to have and there are pretzels, chips and veggies with ranch to snack on as well. The servers were working hard for their customers and you can get food ordered for you as well! The location is fantastic! Right near William and Mary, and minutes within all the tours, and really cool downtown areas!

Love a good embassy suites and this one is no exception. Due to weather we had to change our arrival date the day before our initial reservation and they worked together with chase to get our rewards stay adjusted. Location is great with Busch Gardens nearby and I love the embassy suites breakfast. Earnestine (hopefully spelled that correctly) was an absolute gem with my two kids who recently had their birthday. She made them chocolate chip mickey mouse themed pancakes which was such a treat. Just a nice little finishing touch on an enjoyable stay.

very friendly staff and amazing breakfast!! i didn't get the name of the woman who made the omelettes, but she was so kind and i loved talking to her! indoor pool was the perfect temperature for an 80° day and there's 4 or 5 restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel!
