Place was a dump. Lobby was clean and presentable, till we walked into the room..... Air conditioning unit was ripped off the wall sitting on wood framing. Furniture was falling apart. Room was very dated. Toilet sounded as if the feeder valve was running through a harmonica. Door also ended up missing the security latch, that we had asked them to fix since the little ones were with us. We stayed here as part of a package through Busch Gardens, having done or thought I did anyway my research on this hotel as it appeared to be the best option. Hotel restaurant food was maybe just below average. Head out if you have time and look for something in town and make a reservation. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool, just make sure the towels are stocked before jumping in, they seemed to be in short supply. Perks? 5 minutes from Busch Gardens. Left the park and had the kids down for a nap in 20 minutes. Maybe even 5 minutes from the water park, and 10 minutes from the colonial Williamsburg visitor center. Staff also seemed nice even for being short handed. Probably won't stay here again the next time we head to Busch Gardens.

Excellent customer service! I always enjoy the complimentary cookies and water. The beds are comfy. The walls are quite thin, we could hear our neighbors. Also the ceilings seem to be collecting mildew. Overall the rooms were a decent size with a small bathroom. A few upgrades and this could be a five star hotel. The pool looks great! As a side bar note to the hotel...I would fire the landscaper. The plants outside walking into the entrance were dead and some were water derived.

Our children's first time in a hotel and they LOVED it. The room was clean, we got free waters and chocolate chip cookies, and the elevator was a fun experience. We will stay again since it is so close to Busch Gardens and has an indoor/outdoor pool.

Our family of 6 stayed last night and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Hotel + room were clean and the staff were welcoming. Location is perfect if you are venturing to Busch Gardens. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated so we were able to we enjoy that regardless of the outdoor temperatures. The pool hours we’re very accommodating for our schedule as they were open at 6 AM and closed at 11 PM. We skipped breakfast as it was not included in our stay but we’re able to eat our own breakfast in the nice outside area while the kids could play in pool afterwards. We also checked out the little arcade area that our kids really enjoyed.Check in and check out were both very smooth and quick! I wish we could have gotten a little cheaper room but for the price in the area with a family of 6 it doesn’t get much better.

Not sure, we wore right next to Bush Barden.
Not sure so sorry!
It is 5$ per person round trip. I believe it runs about every half hour, but they will have a a schedule at the hotel.
If your room is ready, many times they will let you check in early, if not you can drop off your luggage and wait in the restaurant or lounge. You could even go out to get something to eat and explore till your room is available.
I'd call to find out for sure
While there is plenty of parking it is not gated, but well lit at night and pushed back off a main road.
