This is approx .. a friend of mine looked at a home some months ago in the front section (Phase 1) of the community & was quoted $577/month. That includes lot rent, pass on tax & cable (paid directly to Sun Communities). You're not obligated to have cable. That deducts about $50/month. You're allowed to use a dish carrier or nothing at all. I use indoor HD attennas & get plenty of local channels. Mowing is included or as far as I know, used to be. You can also pay the pass on tax for the year at a small discount, which helps with lowering the monthly payments. Rent can be a few dollars more in the back section (Phase 2) as the homes are somewhat newer. You're also responsible for lawn maintenance. It's quiet, clean & safe, as is gated at night. The neighbors are amicable & often helpful. I've been here 6 years & don't see anywhere else locally where you can live for what you'd pay here. Plus, if you're interested, there's a clubhouse always with a ton of activities.
