Stay away from these theives!!!! I walked in there this afternoon to replace my internet router after speaking with a spectrum rep over the phone. Everything seemed to be a very pleasant experience at first got my new router. The sales rep tells me about some free trial of some streaming service for 2 weeks. Which i said i was not interested in. Nor would i use. I Canceled spectrum cable years ago and as punishment they jacked up the price for internet. Which they have been pushing this streaming service on me for quite some time but i absolutley refuse to use it. I thank they guy that helped me was on my way only a few hours later i receive an email confirmation that i had accepted this streaming service and my monthly bill will be going up. 100% without my permission or consent. Which then led to an over 1hr phone call to correct the issue. Moral of the story be very careful doing business here they clearly have some type of quota or financial gain and will sneak stuff behind hour back while smiling at your face. Spectrum has completley lost my trust.

For such a big company they are very unorganized! Seem disconnected and their customer support is terrible! In an industry of high tech they seem to run their business as if we were in the Stone Age. Would not recommend them at all… Is there any similar companies that will treat their customers well and in a organized way???
