I had a smooth transaction at the counter. I made a cash and coin deposit. I was told to fill out a deposit slip, my money was counted, I handed my debit card, and I got a receipt. I barely had to wait albeit it was a weekday afternoon. 10 minutes total, 5 of those minutes were at the counter. And before I left, I was given free coin sleeves.

Customer service reps, Lisa and Lizbeth were able to resolve a very stressful situation . I was being charged fraudulently by UFC fit in greenpoint. This was extremely stressful and I was really concerned about my account. The rest of the staff is really friendly and professional as well . I’m always greeted in a welcoming tone and bank itself is always really really clean. Great job everyone
