Some of the bad reviews are based on people using amenities here as guests, not residents. From a resident, Birchwood Towers offers conveniences and amenities that out-do most of the buildings in Forest Hills. Doorman, gym, pool, parking garage, library/party space, close proximity to subways, the ability to unload groceries into a shopping cart with the doorman in order to easily bring groceries up, etc. Transitioning from a house back to an apartment is not always an easy transition, but it was here!

Be very careful they will damage your car and will not take responsibility wife is a nurse. she parked here over 5k in damage and they denied responsibility. Follow up: after winning this case in small claims court they are still refusing to pay be aware!

100% do not go to this place. Before i came to this pool, I called to make sure that they were open and that non members can enter. As soon as I arrived at the pool, a rude lady said that nonmembers weren’t allowed. I payed an expensive cab to come here and I even made sure that we would be able to go to the pool. Also theres alot of elderly people in the pool. Will never come here ever again!
