I came into the store to buy underwear. Without any greeting, Larisa, the owner of the store, approached me saying “you have a horrible bra, you have to buy another one!”. I was really offended and all the other customers looked at me after her shameful disrespectful comments. Customer service is very poor and I left the place shocked and disappointed.

All the bras here are good quality and they've got a good selection. I've noticed the workers will subtly try and get you to spend extra money though.

Today was my first time visiting MC&L but it will definitely not be my last. Lisa and Ana are outstanding. Lisa can measure just by looking at you and placing her hands strategically around you no tape measurer... AMAZING!! They are both warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going back.
