My 88 years old father with dementia sat in the ER hallway for 14 hours waiting for Pulse to pick him up and take him the FIVE minute driver to his nursing home! He was so confused and didn’t understand where he was. He wasn’t picked up until 2:AM!!! Absolutely despicable. Just another example of the elderly being left behind.

Horrible. Only use this company if you hate the person your subjecting them to. Patient waited over 2 hours and 3 phone calls for pickup. This company should be ashamed of themselves

You can call the office and ask for that information
Pulse is more of a transport company, thus they have more wheelchair type transport trucks. Try contacting a ambulance distribution company instead. Ask Pulse whom do they buy their vehicles from an go from their! To not waste anyone's time, it would be best to ask these simple question through E-mail. Direct the e-mail to the owners.
Any transport with Medicaid must go through logistic care.
