Staff working quick, coming right away when I have a problem. Lots of parking. Snow they cleaning pretty quick. Nice and big apartments. Pool - always clean, friendly staff. Nice and quite area. Living here already 3 years. Only big thing to the tenants - clean after your dogs, please.

Not sure what your question is but your hospital stay and behind in rent needs to be taken with the main office. As for a copy of your lease, you should be able to get that from the rental office on Overmount . If not, then the main office. As for the dog issue, the age doesn't matter. Any animal has to be respective of the other tenants in the building. That is policy in any housing complex that allows pets. Hope that helps.

A lot of people don't follow the rules, because I don't think they enforce them. Dogs, cats, birds. I have them all around me too.
