There isn't any empty lots. The homes there are nice, the neighborhood is well kept. It is a nice place to live and very nice people. The club house has many things going on, Tuesday night is bingo night for instance, the pool is well kept. I would recommend OTV to anyone who wants to live a happy comfortable retirement.
There were one or two empty last recently but they just had new homes brought in and put on them. But from what I understand if you can afford to buy one of the homes that's already there that's quote-unquote older you can have it removed and have a new one brought in if you would like.
No - there aren't any. You have to buy from whatever homes might be up for sale.
Not that I have ever seen.
