We have several systems in place to make sure that the caregiver working with their loved ones is trustworthy, reliable, and capable. As well as performing criminal history background checks and thorough testing that our caregivers are knowledgeable and well-informed, we offer field training, 24/7 office support, client introductions with any new caregivers, consistent communication with the clients and their family and our caregivers.
Our caregivers are employed and are therefore licensed, insured and bonded. We perform a level 2 background check and cover our employees with general liability and worker comp insurance unlike most private caregivers.
Generally, we can start services the next day after doing a home assessment to make sure that what care supplies that are needed are there and if the environment is safe for both the caregivers and clients.
