Made an appointment. I called ahead to confirm. My minor son and I BOTH took off work to come, costing us hundreds of dollars. Once already there, we were informed the one dr isn’t accepting and the other one wasn’t willing to accept us because of “no-shows”, which one was Covid and the other was called ahead. Very unprofessional and costly. I would do no stars if I could.

My granddaughter has braces and goes here. On the orthodontist side they are great. Always friendly and greet you when you come in. On the dentist side they are horrible! Worst customer service ever. They do even look up, acknowledge your even standing there and are ride. My biggest problem is both sides NEVER answer their phones! It's very unprofessional and infuriating! up

They never answer their phones … I have been trying to get my children scheduled for a month now.. plenty of voicemails left and no response.
