I want to thank the team at Parks for helping our family find and lease the perfect truck for our needs and wants. From the moment I walked in Jason and the service team where attentive and helped guide me. Then there's the Awesome Fitzroy our sales rep, Super amazing with communication!! In these crazy times everywhere I went dealers where backordered or empty lots with rejection "we cant do that, there are no cars/trucks for what you need, its going to take five to six months to get you anything". My dudes at Parks didn't let any of these issues interject with making us happy customers. Not only did Fitzroy communicate every detail of the process. Jason and his team helped insure I had a ride to work when I needed one and the second our truck came off the boat I had a call waiting for me. Then there's Scott in finance, he understood everything we needed before I could start listing my concerns or what I wanted he was working everything out with me step by step to make sure our payment was on point and we had the support and protection we needed along with the tire care (which everyone should have honestly) that I wanted. personable and an awesome guy I couldn't recommend anyone else to help situate a vehicles finance. Here's the thing, buying or leasing a car sucks 99% of the time. you always feel like you didn't get the best deal or everything you wanted or you just have enough bad experiences you don't even want to spend 5 hours in a dealership even if its something you want or really need. THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT PARKS TOYOTA- the time I spent at the dealership was amazing, everything was clean they made sure I had water, all my questions answered and even if they didn't know the answer they found someone who did and brought them to explain I mean that's amazing! You want a vehicle or need service there's only one place you should go, and that's Parks Toyota in DeLand. Thanks a ton to Jason, Fitzroy, and Scott for making my experience truly awesome!!
