PA is very rude. I went in with my mother for her appointment as she has trouble hearing and remembering things. I was asked who I am and why I needed to be there. She was asking my mother when things started and my mother’s time frame was off so I spoke up. The PA very rudely says she’s the patient I don’t need you to answer anything. Now of course my mom can’t remember all of what was said in appointment. She also set her up to have something evaluated which has already been done within in the last month. She probably isn’t aware of this because again my mom’s memory isn’t the greatest.

Yes... Patient would need to make an appointment with one of our providers (MD or PA) to become established with our practice.
My wife uses her employee insurance but believe they accept most all forms insurance just need to contact the front office girl's. Also they have three sites Deland, Orange City and Lake Mary.
