I've never been to a meat market before and I will not again. I thought I would try it. I stopped in and bought 2 steaks, a rack of ribs, 4 pounds of ground beef and a bag of corn of the cob. The steaks were great. I used 1 pound of ground beef as soon as I got home and it seemed fine. I put the rest in the freezer. And in less than two weeks, every time I pull out a pound of beef, it's brown. Today, I took out the last pound and it was black. My mom said they probably didn't package it correctly. I had to throw out 3 pounds of ground beef and I'm worried about eating the ribs. Anyways, I'll stick with Kroger.
