I’m a local and have been in multiple times for multiple reasons. None of them being e-bike related. They’re just the closest bike shop to my home. I’m not a bicycle-knowledgeable lady. They’ve helped me out a ton. I’ve been in making sure my adult bike was functioning properly and tires were still in good shape and aired up correctly, fixing issues with my toddlers bike…such as tube replacement (thanks diego for that last minute help right before closing). Diego and David have been a huge help, and I think a younger lad (tyler?). But no matter who is there, we are always met with great service and understanding. Thank you. I know it’s a pain in the A to have my tantrum throwing daughter in there always causing a ruckus…she almost stole a kids squeaker bike horn last time 🤦‍♀️. We will continue to go there for our biking needs as long they are able to help. I have a feeling summer may be a little difficult with all of the bike rentals and tourists…so hopefully we don’t have too many bicycle issues during that time . :)

This was the highlight of our trip! Pedego has excellent customer service, affordable for the whole family, very user-friendly bikes, and some had a banana seat so that my youngest son could ride w/ his dad! I highly recommend this activity!

We stopped into this location to ask some generic questions about Pedego business and bikes. We rented two bikes for the day. The store manager was thorough in answering our questions and super helpful and nice. We really loved the vibe in this store and noticed they carried anything anybody could want for bikes, service on bikes or scooters, or accessories! Satisfied customer here!

My son bought an electric bike from Pedego Carlsbad yesterday. It was such a nice experience . The staff, John and David were so very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes, it made making our decision very easy. We ending up with a Pedego interceptor with pedal assistance. My son hasn't ridden a bike in a long time and this bike was so easy to ride. He loved having the assistance to make it easier to pedal. They had all kinds of accessories to make riding even more fun! He got a helmet with a light on it, cell phone holder (so he can play music while he rides), and a very secure lock.
