I got my car last year and It was a stressful experience, I want to get out running, crying of frustration but I couldn't, because they misplaced my DL; they never made me feel secure, I always felt push to do it, and telling me that Honda is better than Toyota, that any Bank couldn't give me a better interest that 6.5%, and then, after checking again my information, they gave me 1.9%... at least a got a the price huh? but definitely I don't recommend the seller, I feel bad for him, maybe he could get some new training. Now after all that, I feel regrets about getting a Honda, no because the brand (I know the quality of Honda), because the dealer. It just, to be my first car ever I don't know when to take my car for checking, how often, how many miles, nothing. I've been asking friends with new cars but they have Toyota and they say how easy is for them, because they have a document with dates, mileage, plus the 2 years of free care service. I love my car, the car is fine, I got it because I really need it, it just I wish I could have had more time to look for other options and maybe have a better experience.

Called the service department to make an appointment for an oil change for my Honda. Asked for, and was given a price. Made the appointment and again verified the price. Went to the appointment today and was given a price that was TWICE what I was quoted over the phone. Asked to speak with the service manager, Skip Kelly, who came out to speak with me. He couldn't have been more condescending if he tried. Told me the price I was given hadn't been in effect in five years; then told me "you probably called a different Honda dealer" (what??). So I showed him the call history on my phone and asked him if that was the correct number for Hoehn Honda. Yes, it was. I asked him if he would honor the price I was given by his service department and he would not. I have had my Honda serviced here for years, but never again. Nor will I purchase my new Honda here. I then went to Norm Reeves Honda in Vista where they serviced my vehicle for a price comparable to the one that Hoehn quoted me. Good example for how to alienate long time customers and ensure they take their business elsewhere.

Roofina at Hoehn Honda is absolutely amazing just like all the other reviews. She was straightforward, honest and her personality really just makes you feel at ease during the whole car research and buying process. I chose Hoehn Honda over DCH Temecula because of this. I originally was looking for Accord Hybrid Sport but decided to go with the EX-L that just arrived on the lot that day and we are extremely happy with the purchase. Jim took over at the end but he kept it straight also as there was another customer trying to buy the same car and he even took time demonstrated how to set up some of the extra features even after they were closed. Thanks again especially to Roofina! (Hint- If you have pre-approval but no check in hand they might have to do an Option-Contract to secure a loan so you can get the car. You have 5 days if using your own financing to work out the documentation.(This is with any dealer) Just make sure its marked on the paperwork (mine was and finished my other paperwork today with my own financing) 3:55 PM adding pic of my mpg driving up and down through some hills of course nothing heavy for acceleration overall but Holy moly..Hoping it stays this way.. this is day 2.🤯

Purchased a car for my wife, our salesman Kamran (the running man) was terrific and went above and beyond. The deal was very transparent, and they offered Gap insurance and additional services at no charge. Such as dent and ding repair, anything smaller than a credit card fixed for free. We leased through Honda credit and they paid the first payment for us, with a great option to trade up when the time comes for nearly nothing out of pocket. My wife wasn't considering buying today, but I think she's glad we did. I can tell you for sure, even though we're going to be moving quite far away we'll consider coming back for our next car.

Besides calling the dealers sales department for details you may be able to find the release date on Hondas north America website
Fine. They require masks and have screens at the desks. They wipe everything down between guests
Each tire has a sensor which they charge over $60 EACH to replace and they go bad and go off with hardly any under-inflation but in California all mechanics have to check tire inflation before you pick up your car and I never replaced mine, it's a ripoff. Get a tire pressure gauge. If it's really bad, like a flat, it's obvious.
Hi Kimberly, you can buy new Acura cars at our Hoehn Acura store. You may be able to find a used Acura at our Hoehn Honda Used Car Store. See our used inventory here: https://www.hoehnhonda.com/used-inventory/index.htm
I would say yes as most automotive dealers allow you to make appointments for service simply call the service department
